A distinguished career fundraising professional, Jayci Giaccone is the Senior Vice President of Development at The Concilio, a Dallas-based not-for-profit that builds stronger communities by unlocking opportunities for Latino families. She previously served as Director of Development for Essilor Vision Foundation (EVF), a not-for-profit with a mission to improve children’s lives by improving their sight. During her tenure, she scaled EVF’s contributed revenue, enabling the organization to increase its reach fivefold — from 100,000 children and their families to 500,000 who would otherwise be unable to afford vision services. Her previous professional credits also include Director of Fundraising Services at Pursuant, a leading fundraising and marketing agency that exclusively serves the not-for-profit sector. Jayci is a member of the Junior League of Dallas, where she sits on the Research and Development committee, and former member of the President’s Advisory Council at Special Olympics Texas. A certified fundraising representative (CFRE), Jayci holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Texas A&M University and attended the American Express Leadership Academy at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
