Founded in 1986, RAICES has grown from a two-person team in San Antonio to one of the most expansive immigration services nonprofits in Texas—and across the nation. For four decades, we have remained a frontline witness to the lived experiences of people and families who are in pursuit of safety and dignity. Today, our mission is more urgent and critical than ever, and our commitment to RAICES’ enduring strength—and to the futures of the immigrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking community members we serve—remains unwavering.
