Antiracism and Migrant Justice

Speaker: Homero López, Jr.
Session Time: 1:20 PM – 2:20 PM CT

Session Description: Racism is present in every institution in the United States and the Immigration System is no exception. Rather than allow for the system to continue discriminating against specific ethnic groups, it is important to use humanizing language and address racism head on. In this session you will learn about the cultural aspects of immigration law, how to recognize them, and how to speak up when they are unjust.
