Detention BOND Program
If you know someone who is in ICE detention who might need help paying a bond, please fill out our bond fund application at raicestexas.org/bondhelp. Please do not submit applications for people who do not have bonds.

RAICES offers free and low cost services for both affirmative and removal cases. If you are looking for assistance please com to one of our offices, during walk-in hours, where a low-cost, $45 consultation, a lawyer can meet with you. During our consultation, you will meet with one of our attorneys and see if you are eligible for services.
Do you know someone in immigration detention in Texas? We know representation matters.
RAICES provides free immigration representation, in some cases, for people who are:
– Residents of the City of San Antonio
– Currently detained by ICE in Pearsall, or in criminal custody at Bexar County Jail or the Central Magistrate
– Have a household income under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
– Are not currently represented by another immigration attorney

RAICES offers free legal services to families detained in Karnes County Residential Center as part of the Karnes Pro Bono Project. If someone you know is detained in Karnes and in need of our services, call 1-855-672-4237 and leave a message with the detained individual’s full name, A number, and your contact information. Families detained in Karnes can also present themselves at legal visitation in Karnes and request to see RAICES.
