Are you wanting to update your credit card information and/or upgrade your donation amount? Check your emailed receipt to get access to your Self-Service Portal.

Are you wanting to address an issue with a Facebook donation? Please log into your Facebook account and go to Facebook Donation Support.

How long to pause monthly donation?

For technical support on donating, please include as much of the following information as you can:

Are you using a Laptop, Desktop, Tablet or Phone?
What operating system are you using? Mac? Windows? Android? iOS?
What brand web-browser are you using? (Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Edge, etc)
What's the URL for the page you're having trouble with?
Is the donation page you're having trouble with located at https://www.raicestexas.org/ as the base domain? Or another base domain?
What did you try?
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened? As in, what went wrong?
Did you see an error message? If so, what was it?
Are you using an ad-blocker?
