We believe families belong together in a crisis. Use this form to send an email to Enrique Lucero, the ICE Field Director, telling him to free detained families and other immigrants in detention, who are at unacceptable levels of risk due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These are our demands:
Release of all people currently detained in ICE custody;- Cease all local enforcement operations including civil enforcement and criminal referrals;
- Eliminate ICE check-ins, use of electronic monitoring, and mandatory court appearances;
- Make phone and video calls free for people connecting with their loved ones;
- Ensure all facilities where people are detained in ICE custody, be it county jails or dedicated facilities, are prioritizing the health and well-being of people detained;
- And allow for families and organizations to post bond online.
